Gao Hung Premieres Double Concerto for Pipa and Oboe
Gao Hong’s World Premiere Double Concerto, Appearance on Twin Cities PBS Almanac
Gao Hong will appear on TPT’s Almanac on Friday, November 5, 2021, between 7 and 8 pm to promote the world premiere of her Double Concerto for Pipa, Bassoon, and Orchestra: Reminiscences From My Hometown. She will be joined on the Saturday, November 6 world premiere performance by bassoonist Ye Yu and the Kenwood Symphony Orchestra. The concert will also include Gao Hong’s recent overture, Celebration.
